1-1 Private Guided Breathwork Journey

This is a transformative journey of self-discovery, allowing you to find inner peace and guided in a beautiful and safe space. Alternatively, the journey can take place in the comfort of your own home where we will create a ceremonial space. Allowing you to rest and recover, without needing to go outside after.

The sessions typically last around 90 minutes, including time for arrival and sharing. The heart of the experience, the breathwork journey itself, spans about 1 hour.

In this transformative breathwork journey, you'll dive into the depths of your being, embarking on a journey of inner reflection and self-connection through the vast landscape of your subconscious mind.

By harnessing the power of your breath, you can activate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, creating profound changes in state of mind. The breath can also reduce the activity of the default mode network in your brain, bringing about a profound sense of relaxation and inner peace. In this way, you can gain access to your subconscious and to more emotional states - giving you the opportunity to explore topics from new perspectives.

The breath is your mirror, reflecting the untapped potential and wisdom residing within your subconscious. With intention as your guide, or by simply surrendering to the wisdom of your breath, you'll explore the unexplored facets of yourself.

Unlike group experiences, individual sessions allow us to focus solely on your unique needs, the topics you would like to work with, any your unique state of breath. Individual guidance facilitates the integration of your experience, allowing us to revisit any topics that arise during our time together.

Through a series of guided breathwork techniques, you'll connect to your body, mind, and spirit, facilitating a powerful release of stress, tension, and emotion. As you breathe, you'll connect with your innermost desires, fears, and aspirations, allowing them to surface and be acknowledged.

Please note that for your safety, we recommend refraining from attending if you have a serious illness, physical wounds, epilepsy, are on strong medication, or are pregnant. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are mentally and physically stable and able to participate. While participation is a powerful personal journey, it does not replace therapeutic or conventional medical treatment and is generally undertaken at your own risk.

Victoria, who will be guiding you, is a certified coach (Level 3 Breathwork Masterclass) with in depth understanding of the physiological, as well as psychological impact of breath. She has curated this journey to allow you to safely tap into different states of mind, allowing you to explore yourself more deeply. She is also an experienced integration coach, supporting people with preparing for and integrating peak experiences (with and without entheogens).

You can work with an intention for this journey or just allow yourself to surrender to the experience.

How to prepare for your journey

  • Share with us the topic you'd like to explore during the session. We want to understand what you need to release or expand.

  • Optionally, let us know if you have a special song that holds significance for you, and we can include it in the music set.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

  • It's recommended to practice on a light stomach, so try not to eat heavily within 90 minutes of the session.
