Used wisely, our breath is a powerful tool. With each inhale and exhale we are changing our body chemistry, sending signals to our nervous system, and impacting our heart rate and other biomarkers. And yet, most of us take our breath for granted, not giving it any thought.
By breathing consciously, we can effectively improve our resilience to stress, focus, performance, heart rate, as well as release physical and emotional blocks. And it doesn’t need to take long, you can normally notice a difference within just a few sessions.
As a breath coach (Level 3 Breathwork Masterclass), I bring together research backed breathwork practices, and a ceremonial way of working with the breath for deep inner exploration. I also offer specialised workshops and private sessions looking at using your breath to improve overall health and state.
I work with people on improving sleep, lowering stress, improving focus and performance, as well as combining breathwork and coaching to explore specific emotions or topics.
In my customised 1-on-1 breathwork sessions which cater to your personal goals and needs, I may also use gentle bodywork to improve your breathing function and quality. You will also receive some tips and exercises to take home in order to keep up your practice at home for long-term results.
